Understanding the Regulations Series: What Foster Parents Need to Know

The State of Alaska Department of Health and Social Services is in the process of approving and implementing new Foster Care Regulations.  Some additional requirements may be in effect that are not included currently in this series. ACRF will be updating this series as these additional requirements are implemented and we are notified. Please contact your licensing worker for the most up-to-date requirements of licensed foster homes.
